Interview
Good company. However, hiring process not that great. A junior person interviews for a senior position. Moreover, it goes more theorethical which is no longer applied in industry rather than the practical implementation. Narrow outlook while hiring a person.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mphasis (Bengaluru) in Jul 2022
Interview
Extremely Slow, Non-Coordinated, Random Time Calls, Unplanned. Feedback Loop was slow. Round 1 - One panelist did not join and we kept on waiting. Round 2 - Manager joined from client network and had bad setup/unprepared. Had tore-schedule. And did not join later. Panelists was not sure of time, neither HR on call was sure who will join !

Interview
TL: DR, this company is a not worthing company!
1 - Call with 3rd party head hunter;
2 - Technical call;
3 - Another Technical call.
After the 3º call, I got a message from the recruiter saying I was selected to the current position, great no? Then I got a call from the HR department to deal with paperwork. TWO WEEKS LATER, I got an email saying I was not the right fit for the position.
I almost quit from my current job because they said the contract will send in 1-2 days. UNBELIEVABLE! Looking at the half-full glass, I'm glad it ended up like that so I would not be in REAL trouble in the future.
