Interview
Mphasis shortlisted candidates on the basis of AMCAT scores. There were two rounds of selection. Versant test and HR and Technical Interview. Versant test is to test your speaking and listening skills in English. You can easily score good in it. If you have difficulty in English I suggest Practising few sample versant tests.

first was the aptitude test and then the coding test overall the interview process was good the coding challenges are good. The aptitude test is also average that's it from my side
