Typically there are 3 rounds but can vary from position to position and basis your area of specialization. Starts with a HR screening round once the CV gets sourced and then is passed onto the hiring manager. Once shortlisted / cleared from this, you have a 1 to 1 or a telephonic with your immediate supervisor and then finally a round with HR for fitment and salary negotiation and time for joining.
