2nd gd (go through some of the common gd topics)
3rd tech(concentrate on at least one programming language which can help u always)
4th hr (friendly round)

it had 4 rounds each of which had its own requirement, first was aptitude, 2nd was swar this was to test your communication skills, 3rd was the technical round and finally the HR round.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mphasis (Chennai) in Mar 2015

It's good and very fast process
Completed 1st and 2nd round technical .
Next day got call from hr and discuss about salary and joining date. So am very happy to select mphasis process
