Highly disorganised and lengthy process. Several rounds of interviews with senior managers who were not prepared for the interview and had no inputs from previous rounds. Not much clarity was provided on specific questions regarding the job description. Offer was rolled out after three months from the start of the process. However the offer was much less than my minimum expectation that I had clearly specified.
