Interview
2 rounds of interview happened and I was informed my both round cleared. They asked for client round and even asked for time to schedule. I was not available that day so asked to shift it. Next week got call from 3 HRs about salary package expectations (negotiating for less package saying I told them less earlier) and other related information and even said that your offer will be released by Friday. Surprisingly after that I got not calls and even asked for updates but they didn't. After 2.5 months they mailed that they are not going to proceed. LoL what an experience. Why even taking interview when salary budget is not there. Can't believe this kind of approach is being followed by such organisation. Disappointed!!
Started with about 20 different recruiters chasing for the same job. 2 rounds of technical questions. Rushed and uncomfortable, using their providers interview system (rather than Teams). Not a good experience.

Client round is the most important to get cleared. Initial discussion with Mphasis del mgr is only about knowing our profile & exp. If this is cleared, then a direct discn with client will be arranged.

It was good ,3 rounds of interview and Interviewer were excellent they will make you comfortable and give you time to think and scenario based question were quite good. follow is good and they have offered the healthy package as well.
