Interview process was okay. Questions were related to java 8, springboot and micorservices. There weree two rounds of interview which lasted for 1 hour each. Problem is the salary negotiation part. They started with a particular number because of which I agreed for the interview. After interview process was complete, they lowballed. And the worst thing is that they don't talk to you directly. They have hired a broker(consultancy) to do the negotiations. Apart from this, given they already have my records, I get calls at least three times a day from the broker to check if I am looking for a job change and if I am interested in Mphasis.
