The agency contacted me about the vacancy and arranged the interview for me. When I joined (via online portal) - the interviewer did not join and I had to contact support, They told me the interviewer had technical issues with broadband and then they rescheduled. When I joined the rescheduled interview after the weekend - the interviewer was 10 minutes late without really apologizing. He did not switch on the camera and did not introduce himself in terms of who he was etc. He started straight with questions, which were a bit wierd questions, as if I am a graduate, Although it was a freelancer position and I have 17 years of experience. When I was answering questions - he was silent on the other end. This was a bit creepy. He disconnected two times during the one hour interview due to broadband issues. At the end I asked - what is the vacancy what are next steps and he simply answered that he does not know pretty much, He was just asked to interview me through competencies, thats all. So, two days later - I dont know what is the interview process. Needless to say I am not expecting any feedback, and I will be surprised if they even bother to come back with feedback. And yes, the agent tried to low ball me very very much. I thought Mphasis is a reputable company, Clearly not
