Was a good experience. They were to the pint and to there hiring process is stick to the client requirements. There are multiple rounds and open to schedule the interview on weekends as well.
Interview consisted of two rounds, Detailed screening of resume by HR, and then Round 1 with Mphasis and Round 2 with client. Process took nearly 1 month, result of the each round were informed by next day but scheduling of each round took nearly 10-15 days.
