The recruitment manager had little knowledge of the company but was new to the role & was caught understanding the true need of the position.

Good experience and different from what I had experienced before. the structure of the interview was very interesting I really liked the fact I got the feedback straight away in my interview and didn't wait days or weeks to hear the result. hiring manager mentioned at the beginning on the interview he normally tell people straight away if they will be going to the next round or not.
