Very long process with multiple meetings. Working with in-house recruiter went well but applying for anything not attached to an active recruiter went nowhere. Met with technical manager at first. Then with an architect for technical discussions. Then on to a coding problem solving, feature creation, and presentation. I ended up with two different architects along the way, one that liked to argue with me and one that liked to collaborate. That made for a rough presentation. They ended up passing on me.
