MultiCare Health System Physician Assistant interview questions

After speaking with a recruiter, who knew only a superficial amount of info about the job, I had a scheduled interview with the two directors of the position. They were kind and friendly and it was an engaged conversation. I didn’t hear back for over a week, getting a call from the recruiter that the job was given to an internal candidate. Suddenly it felt like my interview was required and I was never going to have gotten the job. A bit frustrating experience.
