I had a very brief (less than 10 minutes) interview with the department manager. My agency informed me he was looking for a personality he could work with. The interview bore that out. He was friendly and easy going. Didn't have any particular questions per se. Mostly concerned with my comfort with general tasks, people and work environment. Was informed they had received many, many applications and planned to interview everyone before making a decision. They expect to get back to candidates "in the next few days".
