The interviewer was the quality manager from the plant and he is very friendly. I was asked to go over my resume and any other related experience in detail. I was also asked a couple standard Human Resource questions such as Tell me a little bit about yourself and what are your strengths.

My interview was over the phone. The interview took about 15 minutes (was scheduled for 20 min). There was much emphasis on my experiences and past projects. A few behavioral questions were also asked.
