There was a formal interview with the department manager and Human Resources. Then a second less formal interview with the department head. They were all very nice. After that they called references for reference checks.

The interview process started with a phone screening interview which I passed. The second interview was a group style with four interviewers who held different positions in the office. The interview was 30 minutes long and the questions were pre-written. The interviewers took turns asking from the list of questions. I was given access to the questions 15 minutes pre-interview. There was only one question that was not on the list. The people were very nice and even though I was very nervous (first interview in years) I found it a learning experience.
