Applied and didn’t hear back for a month. Recruiter never spoke with me on the phone. Went through 2 interviews - the first was great and everyone was friendly. The second happened 2 weeks later and they only cared about my experience with diversity and inclusion. While those are important, the role wasn’t a diversity and inclusion based job. I ended up never hearing back despite going through a final interview.
