Interview process went fairly quick. 3 interviews in total. The first was with a finance associate which was more technical in nature, the second was with the hiring manager which was more of a why do you want to work for us interview with discussions of working hybrid etc and the third was with HR which was a mixture of both. The 3rd was supposed to be the final interview and then I never heard back even with me and my recruiter following up. I thought the interviews went will, but I guess I was wrong.
