After a series of impersonal and quite frankly silly "personality" and affinity tests, was almost immediately declined. Guaranteed no human ever saw the application. I am quite sure there are certain buzz words in the application that get a human to respond, but what these are are anyones guess.

Erst ein kennenlern Gespräch, dann ein formelles vorstellungsgespräch mit 1h vorbereitungszeit für eine UW case study. Das Gespräch ging insgesamt 2 h und war sehr angenehm geführt. Für mich hat es leider nicht geklappt.

the entire interview went smoothly, best thing to say is the recruiter is friendly and nice, and doesn't get so many tech-related questions asked to get more behaviour questions like Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
