First stage is a phone interview. Second was an in person interview with Max and Ross. Without a doubt the most unprofessional, uncomfortable interview I've ever been on. These two individuals have no idea how to conduct an interview and were completely ill-prepared for it. Lifeless personalities, bizarre questions, didn't know answers to simple questions about the position. I couldn't get out of there fast enough! Just an uncomfortable, completely bizarre interview. That night I wrote them an email thanking them for the chance to interview with them however requesting them to take me out of consideration for the position. Didn't get a response, instead got a rejection letter a few days later. Didn't think it was possible to be thrilled about receiving one of those.
