I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Murphy-Hoffman
Interview
Met with a recruiter at a career fair, talked over the phone. I was sent to a branch to meet with team and stay overnight. The branch tour was nice and a lot of information. Interviewed with each department manager (parts manager, service manager, branch manager). The company booked me a hotel room and took us out to dinner. The branch manager would drive us around after drinking for multiple hours and was very unprofessional for a new entry interviewee.

Question 1
How would you task managing members of your team that are older than you?
Conducted via Zoom and interview process took about an hour. The interviewer went line by line on my resume and asked for an explanation on everything listed. The interview was pleasant and a welcoming atmosphere
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Murphy-Hoffman (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2019
Interview
I started the process in November and the recruiter informed me on a phone interview that I was extremely qualified for the position. I came to the location to interview with a few managers and when I left the the recruiter told me I would hear form them soon. In mid December I still had not heard from the company so I emailed the recruiter and I was informed that I would be notified of their final decision soon. I still have not heard form anyone at the company regarding the position. I graduated in December and I kept waiting on a response from the company, but still nothing. It is disappointing as I was very interested in starting my career there.
