Interview
You put in your application online, then hope they call you for an interview. It helps if you go in the store and speak to the manager because he can pull it up online. You have to pass the assessment first before your application will submit, which is fairly easy. They call you back, you speak to the manager for a few minutes. They ask about past experience and tell you about how often you get your raises, etc.
