Typical process. Call with HR and then a Skype interview with two hiring managers. Not impressed. I had read the reviews about working at MDA and after speaking to hiring managers, I feel like they really don't know what they are doing. They don't know how to retain good people. This interview was completely one sided. I feel like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. Never tried to get to know me, just grilled with all the typical questions. I never got to see if the position or company would be a fit. On top of a very poor interviewing process by the hiring manager, I never heard a word back. I really feel that they don't care about their employees, just their mission. Not a good feeling. I can understand why they are in the need of so many new employees. I have worked with several non profits and I don't recommend walking into this situation.
