The first portion of the interview process was a Phone Interview w Screener. It was very basic. Just normal interview questions and not really "job specific." She told me after that I would hear back in a week with the next steps if once HR reviewed the answers to my questions. She also asked my salary expectations at the end which I was taken aback by. The next part was a phone interview with the Regional Development Director
