I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Muscular Dystrophy Association in Jan 2013
Interview
I was put up for this job through a recruiter. I had a phone screen with a divisional director, an in person behavioral interview with a regional director and the executive director, and a presentation and panel interview with the executive director and another regional director. The people that hired me were wonderful but no longer work there, unfortunately. The presentation was a 10 minute presentation where I had to sell myself to them... essentially explaining why they should hire me. Creativity was encouraged.
