I am out of town so they accommodated and did a zoom call, I was on the call with two administrators. fairly friendly and did not ask super ridiculous questions. Was a fairly basic interview in my opinion.

I was asked to an interview and two of the managers asked me a series of questions about my previous work history. They specifically focused on how I handled situations with customers. I was then asked to job shadow later in the week. The lady that I was supposed to shadow had no idea that I was coming. I followed her for two hours and then went home.
