I was reached out in Linked in by technical recruiter then I was ask about my work experience and I think this was part of the initial assessment. Then a meeting invites was sent for technical interview with the hiring team. After passing the technical interview, the last one will be from the Team Director with mostly questions related to behavoir and attitude.
