I found out that they were hiring and I called. I new the hiring manager from previous employment. An interview was set up and I was since the hiring manager was familiar with my work experience and knew my references I was hired immediately.
Initial phone screening with HR then interview scheduled with hiring manager. Hiring manager interview is very informal and brief. Finally, an MVR check and offer (no offer letter). Then on-boarding is sent electronically before start date.
