Was contacted during a conference, interview next day. One week later they called me to fly out to Pasadena for a full day on site interview. I interviewed with the department deputy manager and four managers below him. As well as giving a technical presentation on projects I have worked on. Two of the five interviewers were technical, rest were seeing if you were a good culture fit.
