I spoke with the person in charge of their net claim division and another salesperson. It is very apparent that this is a private equity run company. It was very apparent that neither knew anything about insurance or how claims work. Typical division leader with an MBA who has absolutely no clue how the claims and insurance industry work. The guy was literally just reading a script. It was actually quite comical.
