Easily the worst interview experience I have ever had. The people outside of HR are great but HR itself is horrible. First round interview is with recruiter who took 1.5 months to get back to me telling me they want to move on. They spent another two weeks to get the interview on the books. Went in person to meet with only one member of the team for an initial screen, meeting went well but did not hear back from HR for another month. Got called in again for another interview this time with three people. It's been over a month and have heard nothing back. At this point I no longer have any interest in working at the NBA. From the time I applied to getting through the interview process it has taken over 6 months for an entry level role. I have seen roles still posted 8+ months later, if it's taking that long to fill entry level roles there is clearly something wrong. Recruiter is horrible and does not value a candidates time, she disappears for long periods with no contact not even a check-in to see if I'm still interested. Pay was very low but was willing to take it to work with a cool brand. But after this experience I dodged a bullet. The worst HR team and interview process I have experienced
