I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NBA (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
Three rounds: first round is via phone where the HR asks about resume; second round is via phone where another HR asks a bunch of behavioral questions lasting about one hour; third round is onsite in New York where I got to interview with three departments for 30 minutes each.
They went dark for a while but did a hireview and then one virtual interview before hearing that I received the position.
Virtual interview was with my direct managers once actually accepted
One hire view and 2 more rounds after that. Fairly straight forward but they want to see how you can add value and ideas. Know the landscape of the company.
Submitted resume and then did hirevue a month later. Took almost 3 months to receive a rejection from the company. Wish it would have been a bit quicker of a turn around.
