Interview
7 rounds, decision by committee, long process.
no questions about competency, only hire based on personality, no case study, but I made a pitch for the role and was successful
I applied online. I interviewed at NBA in Dec 2021
Interview
Interviewed first by recruiter, then the Hiring Manager, then the department's boss. The recruiter and Hiring Manager were ok, but the department's boss was unprofessional and rude. She was kind of racist, and ended the meeting early. Knew right away that I'd never get the job. Good luck to someone who got this role. Everyone loves the NBA, but this department's boss is horrible. You don't need to give all candidates the job, but at least show some respect and value what they know.

Do you want the job or you apply because it is the NBA?
I applied online. I interviewed at NBA (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Applied online and made it to phone interviews. First phone interview went well and the HR person insisted we stay in contact. Second recruiter was stand-offish and evidently never even spoke to the other person I initially spoke with. Never heard back after following up.
