NBA Summer Program interview questions

I submitted my application at the October deadline and heard back a few weeks later about a first round skype interview, which was just the standard behavioral questions. A few weeks after that I was scheduled for a phone interview with the managers of my department. They asked more specific questions about my experience and ideas I had about what the NBA does well and needs to improve on in their department. The overall experience of this interview was long but not too hard.
