Portfolio to phone interview to on site interview.They reached to me very quickly. Went through work samples and the questions were very direct on work experience and tech background, very friendly interviewers with a mix of would be supervisors and colleagues as well as more junior staff
It was a good interview, about one hour. The people from each studio talked about your portfolio and asked some basic questions. They were very friendly and shared some opinions with you about both your design and their works.
