I applied to this same position last May 2022, I sent over my cover letter, resume and reached out the the hiring manager and never heard from them. Not only did I have over 2 years A/E/C experience but overall the required '7-10 years of experience as an EA at the Executive / C-suite level'. The position has been reposted several times since and again as of now February 2023. I hope this message gets across to the HR team because with the 30+ applicants they got on LinkedIn alone including myself with parallel experience, I can't understand why I wouldn't qualify to interview or at least hear back!
