NBCUniversal Brand Manager interview questions

Fairly aggressive interview process, the third stage interview was particular bizarre and I sense there is a lot of internal friction and disagreement between teams. Some questions were phrased negatively for example "Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss" and lastly they ended by asking me "On a scale on 1 - 10 how resilient are you" . I left feeling confused and no longer wanted to work there.
