The first interview is online. It's not a Skype interview but you record video responses to the prompts. If you make it pass that round, you get called in for an in-person interview with a recruiter.

It was essentially a video cover letter. You were given the question, then had around 30 seconds to prepare your answer, and around a minute and a half to give your answer.
