I applied to be a Fall 2020 intern and the process took a month. I was interviewed by several members of the publicity team and the interview centered around my past experience.
Made it to final interview, thought I could do better but the conversation was easy-going. Prepare to answer questions about current news and why you chose this career. Interview was also with two employees.

Each question gave you three opportunities to record a response then pick the best one. This was followed by a virtual interview with the potential manager where a presentation was the task.
