Great experience. The recruiter had tried for some roles that didn’t end up being a match but we stayed in touch until she found a role that seemed like a good fit. After a couple of phone interviews, got to fly to the office for an in person but I think they try to limit that especially in a post covid world. Lot of the experience will depend on the person hiring you and the specific experience they want but overall was positive.
