Tough and many levels to get through. Be ready to get called back multiple times and meet with a lot of different people. But if you want a job in the industry it is worth the hassle.

Interview
The interview was easy overall. Setting time was manageable and working with the HR coordinator. It was virtual, on time, and very well handled. Usual questions were asked and that opened up other conversations related to the industry.

Standard process: HR phone screen, interview with hiring manager, then interview with VP. Ghosted by recruiter after final interview and still no clue what the hiring decision was after following up several times
