First up was the digital interview. Three questions - one minute to prepare, 3 minutes to answer, no do-overs. Can be awkward and frustrating, but if you practice beforehand and study potential questions you should be fine. Next was an analysis of a script, involving producing an in depth script coverage/report. A fun process and fantastic chance to communicate your creative and analytical mindset in thorough detail. Following this was the daunting final round interview. We were told to expect it to run around 45 minutes and to produce another script coverage on a completely new script. This, alongside your 'pitch' summarising the script is to evaluate the candidates verbal communication. If you make it this far try to relax, because it is super conversational, something that my nerves got in the way of and ultimately costed me. Some questions that maybe wouldn't be classified as curveballs, but certainly ask for you to think on your feet and proactively. Overall, an extremely long and emotionally consuming process (4 months door to door if you will) and a real testament to your 'bounce back' abilities if you make it that far and don't get it. The interviewers were amazing and patient and incredibly welcoming - similar merit goes to the HR team for being so communicative.
