Phone and view interviews. 3-4 rounds with various managers/VPs. The follow up by their internal recruiting team is good. The conversations in the interview were relaxed and engaging. At the end of the process I received mixed signals. At some point I was apparently overqualified and at others I wasn't qualified enough. I also never received an official response from the recruiter what the outcome of my interviews was. This was disappointing since the follow up throughout the process was good.
