The interview was a one sided, online experience. I recorded videos of myself answering questions live and submitted my interview without ever speaking to a real human. The questions were fair, and with a company like NBC I was not surprised that this was the method. It took WEEKS to hear back; they would update us that we were still being considered which was nice to know in order to factor in the opportunity when applying other places.
