Within 7 days of applying I got an email about a quick phone chat to be scheduled. I replied straight away with my availability but did not hear back. I chased them up 3 times to then get a reply saying the London recruiter is back from holiday and that she will call me on the day that was scheduled. That Call never took place. I researched about the person that was going to call me and the email back from them was a big disappointment. Was told they never got this scheduled in and that they need to look in with the hiring manager to see if they are still hiring. Very discouraging. I finally got a phone call booking in and I was shocked to the way the HR was talking. They were definitely was not advertising the job but more like putting me off the whole thing. I later got the 1st interview booked and this took over 6 weeks. By then I was very disappointed and discouraged to this company who clearly do not have things organised. It was a waste of my time and the dream company I always wanted to work for went downhill.
Got offered a job elsewhere which I am happy about. The experience with NBC interview stage has been the worst.
Funny thing is they contacted my friend who applied 3 month ago to be told that they would like her to apply for a different role and go through the whole interview process.
Funniest thing is the Head of the creative department always advertises about ' we need coordinators asap' but the recruitment stages contains of 4 different interviews. If you are desperate for staff then please sort out your hiring department as its one of the worst.
