Phone interview then few interviews with other individuals on the team. The phone interview is just with a hiring manager. And then you move through the system. There are a lot of steps to take in the interview process.

First round of interviews with recruiter. It was via Zoom and she asked about my background and gave me a lot of instructions about what they're looking for. It was straightforward and a basically a lot of information.

Met with the recruiter / HR and the hiring manager. All were video call interviews. The talent recruiter was very responsive and helped guide me through the process. Do your research on the company, department, and news going on.

Three rounds. General interview questions. Then the decision via email. You have the opportunity to ask questions as well. Pretty standard process. Each department has a different process. Some have 4 rounds others may have 2.
