Recruiter reached out to me after online application, asked standard questions like salary expectation. They were looking for both internship and work experience and Linkedin profile was important. I did not hear any followup and was ghosted
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in May 2024
Interview
I had 2 interviews, one with the hiring manager and a case study review with the 5 team members. Pretty standard design interview. When I asked the team members what advice they would give someone joining their team, they all said something a long the lines of "expect chaos" and "be ready for the unexpected." When I probed for more company culture questions I got the impression they didn't like working there... pretty odd for an interview in my opinion.
