I was interviewed by three employers from NBT bank for half an hour. They were all very nice and just went through the resume and ask standard questions like why you wanted to join NBT bank. This is only the first round. There will be two more rounds before the candidates are finally decided. If one passes the first round, he/she will be invited to the headquarter for further interviews.
