There was a total of 4 interviews over the course of about 2 weeks, but could have been quicker if my schedule had allowed it. The first interview was with a technical recruiter that was more of a general get to know me, my experience, and what I was looking for out of the role with NEI. Next interview was with the Technical Director for the solar department. This interview was to see if I was a good fit culturally, and included questions about situations I may have faced in past roles and how I handled and learned from them. The last interview was with the Technical Director again, and also included the team lead for the team that the role was for. This interview was all technical questions related to the role to figure out where my knowledge level was. Nothing too in depth, and didn't really feel like a test. Again, just seemed more like a gauge for the level of experience and where you would start out. Overall the process was pretty average. The team was really transparent and communicated clearly and respectfully. No questions felt like a waste of time. They even told me they were putting an offer together at the end of the last interview. The technical recruiter also did a great job of following up with me after each round to see how it went and schedule the next one.
