The interview process was straightforward. There was an initial phone call interview with standard questions about experience and educational background. It was followed by an in-person interview at the office where I met some of the team members. They asked about previous projects and the impact made on those projects.

We had a written test... aptitude as well as technical, and then followed by the technical and managerial rounds. Each round was one on one. Written test for 1.5 hours.
