I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NETSCOUT (Westford, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The worst hiring process ever. They take 2 whole months just to give you response. Compensation is not competitive and they are not open to negotiations at all. Everyone was friendly except for the manager, he seemed arrogant. He was rude to a senior software engineer in front of me when i was at the interview. Felt like a toxic workplace to work under him. I wouldn't suggest working here unless you have no other opportunities.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at NETSCOUT (Pune) in Jan 2026
Interview
First Round: Aptitute+ Technical
Second Round: Technical Interview
The openings were for two backend languages: C/C++ and Java.
The first round focused on the basics of the backend language chosen by the candidate.
The interview round was then accordingly.
Quick process and clear about next steps I knew in advance what to expect and for this reason I was sufficiently prepared. Everyone I met was super nice and friendly. In the panel of interviewers put me at my ease straight away.
